Where do I go to make a payment?

You should have received payment instructions when you signed your contract at the dealership, and then received an invoice in the mail with payment instructions. If you are still in need of assistance please contact us at 972.673.4000.

I was approved by Benchmark Auto for a lease but I decided to buy a car from another dealer that does not offer your financing. Can I still use my approval at another dealer?

Who is responsible for the maintenance and registration on the vehicle I leased from Benchmark Auto?

The lessee is responsible for all maintenance and vehicle registration. It is the same as if you were buying the car. Should you require additional information, please contact us.
